About

After years of hard work, other agents call your team a “success.” But you know better.

You feel the weight of holding it all together, and no one seems to see how close it is to breaking.

My Background

I began my career as a CPA at Ernst & Young, learning how to trace performance back to its source. That discipline shapes how I help teams today.

Since then, I’ve worked with dozens of agents and leaders across the country, whose production outperformed the market by 52% from 2021 to 2024.

Along the way, I’ve also built an award-winning startup, won national pitch competitions, been featured in major publications and media outlets, and written an international patent. Each of these experiences sharpened how I see businesses—finding what others miss and building systems that perform when it matters most.

What Makes This Different

Vendors sell marketing. Coaches sell motivation. I deliver results.

You’ve already built the business. My job is to make it run the way it should—profitable, predictable, and without you carrying it all.

FAQ

How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?

Agencies sell you tactics. I step in at the executive level to diagnose where profit is leaking and build the plan that makes those tactics actually work. When execution is needed, I oversee it through my network of proven vendors so you don’t have to manage five different vendors.

Why do I need the Million-Dollar Review First?

Because until you know where the money is slipping away, you’ll keep spending without fixing the root issue. The Million-Dollar Review shows you exactly how much profit is being lost and what to do about it.

Do you manage agents directly?

I don’t run your sales team day to day. My role is to provide executive-level leadership on the marketing and operations side — leading your staff and vendor partners so the systems are installed, the right work gets done, and profit scales with production.

What kind of results can I expect?

Every team is different, but it’s common to uncover hundreds of thousands — sometimes millions — in missed profit opportunities. The Profit Leak Plan doesn’t leave you with a complicated playbook that collects dust.

You’ll walk away with a clear, simple plan your team can actually use — one that pinpoints where money is slipping away and shows you how to fix it, starting immediately.

Will this add more work for me as a team leader?

No. The Profit Leak Plan is designed to make your leadership lighter, not heavier. I work with your marketing and operations staff directly, so you’re not stuck managing every detail.

Do I need to change everything about how my team operates?

Not at all. The Profit Leak Plan usually identifies a few key leaks that, once fixed, have an outsized impact on profit. Small, focused changes often unlock the biggest gains.

What happens after the Million-Dollar Review?

You can take the plan and run with it, or I can serve as your In-House Operator to oversee implementation. Either way, you will have clarity about what's costing your profit and how to fix it.

Are you leaving profit on the table?

Every missed deal and inconsistent agent result has a cost. For many teams, it adds up to hundreds of thousands — even millions — in lost profit each year.
