Conversion Training for
Zillow Preferred® Teams

Trained agents are guaranteed to write 2+ offers in their first month.

The Problem

Most connections treat agents like door openers.

The skeptical buyer decides fast whether your agent is worth committing to. Most teams pour money into training and the agents still struggle.

Team leaders assume the way their top agents win that respect can't be taught. It can, and that's what I train.

Agents transform from door openers to trusted advisors.

What 6 new agents produced in 2 months

None of them had ever worked a Zillow connection before.

All six had at least one under contract in less than two months, paying $40,000 in team splits.

Four listings were earned from the same connections.

Phase three

Recruits become top closers

Ongoing coaching builds the daily routines of a top agent, the buyer consultation and follow-ups, so they hold high production.

What my clients had to say.

Before working with Dave, I was seriously considering giving up on my team. It felt like I was constantly dragging them along, struggling to get them to take action.

But after the workshop, everything shifted. I saw an immediate boost in confidence across the board.

One agent who was previously hesitant to even call leads became the top performer in calls within just a few weeks and has closed more deals than ever before!

With Zillow, you can't hide. The metrics tell all. Before Dave, I had agents getting connections and not converting a single one.

After his training, six of my newest agents got $5 million under contract in their first month, with four listings on top, and they are outproducing agents I have had for years. It was the best buy-side month this office has ever had.

If you're on Zillow Preferred, getting your agents trained by Dave is a no-brainer.

About me

Ramping up a new agent shouldn't take months

Most team leaders have accepted that it does. They spend a quarter on a new hire, burning connections, before anyone knows if it stuck.

My name is Dave Yeu, and I've worked with Zillow Preferred teams getting new agents producing in their first month.

Hand me your next hire and they will too.

Profit Calculator

See what an untrained hire is costing your team

The gap between a hire who never ramps and one converting at a deal a month.

Example
Untrained hire
3 closings a year
Profit to team
$8,100
Trained hire
12 closings a year
Profit to team
$32,400
$24,300 a year
left on the table for every hire who never ramps
Trained, that same hire makes the team $32,400 instead.

Example assumes a $450,000 sale, a 40% team split, and a 40% Zillow success fee.

Your numbers

Swap in your team's numbers. The 3 and 12 closings a year stay fixed as the training gap.

Trained hire

$24,300 a year

In the example, each closing returns $2,700 to the team, what's left after Zillow's 40% success fee and the agent's split, not net profit.

The stakes

What happens if nothing changes?

Zillow reroutes your connections

When conversion stays low, Zillow sends your spot to a team that converts.

Your agents leave for another team

The leads stop feeling worth what they give up in splits, and another team picks them up.

Most agents stuck at Fair and Low

You stopped closing for nothing

The team was supposed to free you up, not drain you.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about working together.

Why does this work when other trainings have not?

Most training teaches your agents what to do. It does not get them doing it under pressure.

I run live reps across every stage of the buyer process, and your agents do not take a live connection until they pass a final assessment. It works for the same reason your top producers are good. They understand what their buyers actually want.

Do you work with Zillow Premier® or Zillow Flex® Teams?

Both. The call framework and buyer process work the same whether your team is on Premier or Preferred (formerly Flex).

What do I have to do?

Give me read access to your Follow Up Boss so we train on your agents' real calls. Then pick which agents go in which cohort.

Hand Off Onboarding

Not only will you see a higher caliber of agents at launch, you will have the time to focus on growing the team you always dreamed of.
