I am Dave Yeu — a StoryBrand Certified Guide, a former Big-4 CPA, and the son of a top-producing agent. I grew up in this business.

For five years I have built sphere, past client, and geo farm campaigns for top-producing agents. During a period when the market dropped 40%, my clients grew 12%.

$4,500 is real money. What exactly do I walk away with?

The words that make the right people lean in, for every situation. Conversations, listing presentations, your website, emails, mailers, social. Can I just do this myself? I read the book.

You know the framework but you cannot apply it to yourself. Every agent I have worked with, when I ask "why should someone hire you?" the answer is always "they trust me." That does not work. The problem is not effort. You are too close to your own story to see what makes your best clients choose you. That is why you need someone who hears what your clients hear.

Does this work in my market?
