Conversion Training for
Zillow Preferred® Teams

Your agents write 2+ offers in their first month. Guaranteed.

The Problem

Most connections treat agents like door openers.

The skeptical buyer decides in the first few minutes whether your agent is worth committing to.

Even though you provide plenty of training, you still see agents burn connections for months. So you've concluded that whatever your top agents have can't be taught.

It can. That's what I train.

Your agents go from door openers to trusted advisors.

High Performance

Your agents consistently convert after launch.

Most training wears off in weeks, and agents go back to their old ways.

Six new agents. Their first month on Zillow®

None of them had ever worked a Zillow connection.

In their first month they wrote 20 offers, put 6 under contract worth $5 million, and earned 4 listings from the same connections. The team's split was $40,000.

One class inside a team of over 50 agents accounted for 100% of the team's pending deals in the month after.

Time to Launch
onboarding

New agents are ready in one week

Agents complete a one-week training and a pass/fail assessment before they ever take a live connection.

Agents are able to convert at a high level immediately after passing the assessment. However, careful supervision will be in place to reinforce best practices for initial launch.

What my clients had to say.

George Bellino, Signature Realty

With Zillow, you can't hide. The metrics tell all. Before Dave, I had agents getting connections and not converting a single one.

After his training, six of my newest agents got $5 million under contract in their first month, with four listings on top, and they are outproducing agents I have had for years. It was the best buy-side month this office has ever had.

If you're on Zillow Preferred, getting your agents trained by Dave is a no-brainer.

About me

Ramping up an agent shouldn't take months

Most team leaders have accepted that a new agent takes months to ramp, and that the connections burned along the way are just the cost of hiring.

My name is Dave Yeu. I built and ran trainings for some of the top Zillow Preferred teams, where new hires now produce in their first month.

Send me your next recruiting class and they will too.

Profit Calculator

See what an untrained hire is costing your team

The gap between a hire who never ramps and one converting at a deal a month.

Example
Untrained hire
3 closings a year
Profit to team
$8,100
Trained hire
12 closings a year
Profit to team
$32,400
$24,300 a year
left on the table for every hire who never ramps
Trained, that same hire makes the team $32,400 instead.

Example assumes a $450,000 sale, a 40% team split, and a 40% Zillow success fee.

Your numbers

Swap in your team's numbers. The 3 and 12 closings a year stay fixed as the training gap.

$24,300 a year

In the example, each closing returns $2,700 to the team, what's left after Zillow's 40% success fee and the agent's split, not net profit.

The stakes

Zillow cuts your allocation

When conversion stays low, your connections go to a team that converts.

Your agents leave for another team

The connections stop feeling worth the split, and another team picks them up.

Most agents stuck at Fair and Low

You gave up producing for this

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about working together.

Why does this work when other trainings have not?

Most training teaches your agents what to do. It does not get them doing it under pressure.

I run live reps across every stage of the buyer process, and your agents do not take a live connection until they pass a final assessment. It works for the same reason your top producers are good. They understand what their buyers actually want.

Do you work with Zillow Premier® or Zillow Flex® Teams?

Both. The call framework and buyer process work the same whether your team is on Premier or Preferred (formerly Flex).

What do I have to do?

Give me read access to your Follow Up Boss so we train on your agents' real calls. Then pick which agents go in which cohort.
