Conversion Training for
Zillow Preferred® Teams
Your agents write 2+ offers in their first month. Guaranteed.

Most connections treat agents like door openers.
The skeptical buyer decides in the first few minutes whether your agent is worth committing to.
Even though you provide plenty of training, you still see agents burn connections for months. So you've concluded that whatever your top agents have can't be taught.
It can. That's what I train.
Your agents go from door openers to trusted advisors.

Six new agents. Their first month on Zillow®
None of them had ever worked a Zillow connection.
In their first month they wrote 20 offers, put 6 under contract worth $5 million, and earned 4 listings from the same connections. The team's split was $40,000.
One class inside a team of over 50 agents accounted for 100% of the team's pending deals in the month after.

New agents are ready in one week
Agents complete a one-week training and a pass/fail assessment before they ever take a live connection.
Agents convert at a high level the moment they pass. Ongoing supervision reinforces the habits through launch.

Get back to building
Every cohort comes out writing offers while you focus on recruiting and growth.
What my clients had to say.

With Zillow, you can't hide. The metrics tell all. Before Dave, I had agents getting connections and not converting a single one.
After his training, six of my newest agents got $5 million under contract in their first month, with four listings on top, and they are outproducing agents I have had for years. It was the best buy-side month this office has ever had.
If you're on Zillow Preferred, getting your agents trained by Dave is a no-brainer.

Ramping up an agent shouldn't take months
Most team leaders have accepted that a new agent takes months to ramp, and that the connections burned along the way are just the cost of hiring.
My name is Dave Yeu. I built and ran trainings for some of the top Zillow Preferred teams, where new hires now produce in their first month.
Send me your next recruiting class and they will too.
What happens if nothing changes?

Zillow cuts your allocation
When conversion stays low, your connections go to a team that converts.
Your agents leave for another team
The connections stop feeling worth the split, and another team picks them up.
Most agents stuck at Fair and Low
Same roster, same rates, same rank on the Zillow dashboard.
You gave up producing for this
The team was supposed to free you up, not drain you.
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about working together.
The guarantee is simple. If an agent gets at least 20 connections in their first two months and doesn't write two offers, I refund their seat. It only holds if they pass the assessment and do the work: answer the connections, run the process, show up to the sessions.
The frameworks you already use, like ALM. The script was never the problem. Most agents recite it and freeze when the buyer goes off-script. I train them to read what the buyer actually wants and adapt, so the framework works instead of boxing them in.
Both, in the same class. The bootcamp week, the assessment, and the guarantee are identical. Many teams run their first class on new hires and the next on agents sitting at Fair or Low.
Most training hands your agents a script and hopes it holds up on a live call. It doesn't. I run live reps on real buyer calls until the skill is automatic, and no agent takes one of your connections until they pass a pass/fail assessment.
Your top producers don't convert because they because they memorized lines. They convert because they know how to win a buyer over early, and that can be taught.
Preferred is the new name for Flex, and the bootcamp is built for that model. Premier Agent teams working live connections train on the same calls and showings.
Almost nothing, by design. Give me read access to your Follow Up Boss and pick which agents go in the class. I schedule and run everything else, and you read a one-page report each week.
Hand Me Your Next Hires
